FREE 5-DAY CHALLENGE. MARCH 16-20, 2026

For women in business who want relationships as intentional as the lives they’re creating.

build your Dream Network

This free 5-day experience is for women who are ready to move beyond random networking and begin building their network with clarity and intention. Over the course of the week, you’ll get clear on who you want to build relationships with now, learn how aligned introductions actually happen, and take meaningful action without forcing or performing.

You'll walk away with a real plan (and real momentum)

You don’t need more connections. You need the right ones.

You've done the transactional networking events. You've had the coffee chats. You've joined the Facebook groups, the Slack communities, the "women in business" mixers that should have expanded your world, and somehow all feel the same.

And yet, when you really need support, an introduction you trust, a thoughtful referral, someone who understands the level you’re operating at, the list is often shorter than it should be.

That doesn’t mean you’ve done anything wrong.

Most women in business were never taught how to build a network intentionally. We were taught to be helpful, visible, generous, and patient and to hope the right relationships would eventually form on their own.

But intention matters, and visibility without direction rarely creates the support we’re actually seeking.

This experience gives you a clearer way forward. In five focused days, you’ll develop a grounded understanding of your current network, articulate the standard you want to hold going forward, and begin building relationships that are aligned with who you are now, not who you used to be.

Who this is for

This experience is designed for women who don’t have time for “another thing,” but do have a sense that the right relationships could meaningfully shape their next chapter.

If you value depth, discernment, and growth that feels sustainable, you’ll feel at home here.

How It Works

This experience is intentionally simple.

Each day, you’ll receive:

  • a short written or audio reflection

  • one focused action (20–30 minutes max)

We’ll also gather for two live calls:

  • Day 1: Orientation, context, and how to approach the week

  • Day 5: Integration, reflection, and how to carry this forward

Everything is delivered via WhatsApp and designed to fit into a full life, not take it over.

What You’ll Do Each Day

The Standard

Clarify what you want your relationships to support now.

Before you can build the right network, you need to be clear on what “right” means in this season of your life and work. On Day 1, you’ll articulate the standard you want your relationships to meet, not in a rigid or transactional way, but in a grounded, self-honoring one.

This filter helps you recognize alignment more quickly and stops you from defaulting to connections that feel fine but go nowhere.

The Audit

Understand your current network through the lens of alignment and direction.

You’ll take a thoughtful look at your existing relationships and begin to notice patterns. Which relationships feel reciprocal and supportive? Which ones reflect an earlier chapter of your life? Where does your current network truly support where you’re headed and where are there gaps?

This isn’t about judgment or cutting ties.  It’s about clarity and honesty, so you can make conscious choices going forward.

The Edit

Become more intentional about where you invest your time and energy.

On Day 3, you’ll explore how to gently but clearly shift your focus toward relationships that have room to grow with you. This is about refining and releasing the habit of over-investing in connections that no longer serve your direction.

You’ll leave with a clearer sense of where your energy belongs now, and where it doesn’t.

The Dream 10

Become more intentional about where you invest your time and energy.

You’ll identify the people (or types of people) who would meaningfully support your work, growth, or impact in the coming year. Then you’ll learn how introductions tend to happen in mature, values-aligned networks, without awkward outreach or self-promotion.

You’ll practice reaching out in a way that feels natural, respectful, and grounded. And yes, you’ll take one small step while the momentum is there.

The Map

Identify the rooms, environments, and rhythms that support your next chapter.

Rather than waiting to be noticed, you’ll clarify where aligned people already gather professionally, socially, and creatively. You’ll outline a simple, realistic 90-day approach for showing up in the right places with intention.

This isn’t about doing more. It’s about showing up differently.

Meet Your Host

Melissa is the founder of The Nova, a global community for women who are done with performative networking and ready for something deeper.

She spent over 15 years in corporate and direct sales leadership before building a business and community that runs almost entirely on relationships. Not going viral. Relationships.

Every client, every collaboration, every opportunity that changed her life came through a connection. Someone who knew her work. Someone who trusted her. Someone who said her name when she wasn't in the room.

That's not luck. That's what happens when you build with intention.

Melissa created this challenge because she's watched too many brilliant women spin their wheels. Visible but not known. Connected but not supported. Working hard but doing it alone.

She's here to show you a different way.

Meet Your Host

Hosted by Melissa Bauknight, founder of The Nova, a global community for women who care deeply about how they build their lives, work, and relationships.

Melissa has spent the last decade supporting women in moving beyond transactional networking into connections that feel grounded, mutual, and sustaining, without self-betrayal or performance.

Your next meaningful opportunity is likely already within reach.

The clients you want. The collaborators you’d respect. The support that actually understands the level you’re operating at.

None of it starts with strangers. It starts with building the right relationships intentionally, over time.

In five days, you’ll understand your network more clearly, raise the standard for how you build relationships, and begin cultivating support that feels aligned, reciprocal, and sustainable.
