"It's lovely to be in a community where the ask is not icky."
- Olga Miller, May 2026
On the Wednesday of the first Build Your Dream Network, Sandi Shipley sent three messages to women from an earlier chapter of her life. One reply was lukewarm, and she was fine with that. The other two said yes, and by the end of the day she had calls set up with both of them.
You have a career you're proud of, whether that's a company you founded, a team you lead, or work you've made fully your own. You also know the right relationships move things faster than effort alone ever will. What's harder to see from inside a full calendar is who those people are for the chapter you're stepping into now, and how to reach them in a way that feels like you.
Build Your Dream Network gives you five focused days to get clear on exactly that, with a room of women doing the same work right beside you.

Monday: Live kickoff with Melissa (60 minutes)
Tuesday to Thursday: Coffee chats in small groups (30 minutes)
Friday: Live close with Melissa (60 minutes)

By Friday you'll have your Dream 10, one door you're ready to ask for, and a weekly practice for the next 90 days, along with the introductions and conversations the week set in motion.

I reached out to 3 people today... 2 very positive responses and have calls set up with both of those women.
- Sandi Shipley, March 2026

Being here has just set me on fire again.
I've recovered my confidence.
- Holly Million, who came to the first round knowing
no one and now leads Nova's East Bay chapter

It also reminded me how staying connected doesn't have to be complicated and how a simple message goes a long way.
- Alysha Webb, March 2026

The directory and matches are such a gift. Makes it so easy to remember who is who and who I wanted to connect with.

Melissa Bauknight is the founder and CEO of The Nova Global, a membership community with in-person chapters from Phoenix to North Boston and a virtual community that gathers every Monday morning.
Her own path turned on one relationship. While working in medical device sales, she struck up a conversation with a woman at a vascular conference in Park City and learned they lived about a mile apart, on the same street in Denver. That woman, Michelle Waller, later recommended Melissa for a role at her company and then introduced her to Beautycounter, where Melissa spent nine years leading women. Nova grew out of everything that chapter taught her about what the right relationships make possible.
Yes. The five days, the live sessions, the replays, and the introductions are all free.
Every session has a replay, so you can catch up on your own time. The live moments are where you meet the women behind your introductions, so come when you can.
Plan for 20 to 30 minutes for each day's activation, plus the live session at noon MT | 2 pm ET (60 minutes on Monday and Friday, 30 minutes Tuesday to Thursday).
In a private space in Circle, Nova's community platform, which works in your browser or the Circle app
It's for women who lead in every form, including founders, executives, consultants, creatives, and women in the middle of a career change. If relationships matter to where you're going next, you belong here.
Yes, and we hope you will. The activations work at every stage, and the women meeting Nova for the first time will meet it through you.
Melissa will share how the work continues inside Nova for the women who want to keep going. The five days stand on their own either way.

Hi, I'm Melissa, founder of The Nova. A global community for women who are done with performative networking and ready for something deeper.
I spent over 15 years in corporate and direct sales leadership before I built a business and community that runs almost entirely on relationships. Going viral was never the thing. Relationships were the thing.
Every client, every collaboration, every opportunity that changed my life came through a connection. Someone who knew my work. Someone who trusted me. Someone who said my name when I wasn't in the room.
That's not luck. That's what happens when you build with intention.
I created this challenge because I've watched too many brilliant women spin their wheels. Visible but not known. Connected but not supported. Working hard but doing it alone.
I'm here to show you a different way.
The women who can help you with your next chapter are closer than you think, and a few of them may already be in your phone. Come spend five days finding them with us.
