This is the most concrete, hands-on stretch of the container. You'll do a full audit of what's actually running your business right now — your tech stack, your systems, your project management — and get honest about whether marketing, sales, and AI are held up by real structure or by you holding it together manually. At least one real change happens inside the portal itself.

This is where the 2-day in-person retreat lives. The strategic changes you just made only hold if your nervous system can hold them. Do I need to be a current Nova member to apply?

If you actively participate in the program, complete the required work, and reach the end of six months without achieving a documented business-progress milestone, Melissa will provide three additional private 60-minute coaching sessions, at no additional cost, to help you identify what's still in the way and determine your next steps.
Your investment comes with our commitment to continued support, not a promise of a particular financial outcome.
Eligibility requires attending at least 10 of the 12 scheduled advisory sessions, completing the three business audits, participating in the required program experiences, and implementing at least one agreed-upon business change.
Your progress milestone will be documented with Melissa during the program. If it has not been achieved by the end of the six months, you may request your additional sessions within 30 days of the final advisory session.
